Helsinki Outlet rebuilt its customer journey with Wishibam & Coniq

Helsinki Outlet, a renowned retail hub housing over 40 brand stores in “The Village,” is excited to unveil its collaborative venture with Wishibam and Coniq, aimed at enhancing customers’ experience.

After 4 months’ work, the project was successfully launched. Today more than 50% of brands are selling online products available at the outlet.

The revamped program will introduce an advanced white-label app and a fresh website, leveraging Coniq’s customer engagement platform and Wishibam’s system to cater to Helsinki Outlet’s devoted customer base.

The introduction of a user-friendly app, featuring receipt-scanning capabilities, seeks to streamline user engagement and elevate customer satisfaction, fostering stronger connections with Helsinki shoppers. The choice to partner with Coniq stemmed from the pursuit of seamless customer communication, enabled by a unified customer interface and the ability to synchronize loyalty transactions with their communication platform. Coniq’s integration with Helsinki Outlet’s upcoming e-commerce platform, powered by Wishibam, adds another dimension to the collaboration, promising an efficient loyalty solution for Helsinki Outlet.

Wishibam’s pioneering platform bridges the online and physical retail realms, empowering outlet retailers to offer products in real-time while granting customers the convenience of outlet prices, product availability, and flexible delivery options like click & collect and home delivery. This disruptive model has already seen success with industry leaders such as Compagnie de Phalsbourg and VIA Outlets, significantly enhancing customer satisfaction and bolstering brand turnover.
